A Family-Friendly Retreat Near MunichDuring our recent visit to Munich, my son and I had the pleasure of staying at this inviting hotel for five nights, coinciding with a hospital appointment that added a layer of stress to our travels. Thankfully, the hotel served as a peaceful sanctuary. The airy reception area was welcoming, and the staff stood out for their helpfulness. Our ground floor room featured a full-length window opening onto a serene green lawn, allowing us to savor a fresh Autumn breeze—ideal for enjoying morning coffee before the breakfast service. While the dining room was limited to breakfast, which showcased an impressive variety of freshly cooked options, we discovered a charming gasthaus just a short walk away for dinner, offering delightful local cuisine. The hotel’s proximity to Munich Airport made our travels much easier, and amenities tailored for families, like organized tours on weekdays, stood out as a highlight.
